The installation process of the brick machine pallet is as follows:
Confirm the pallet and accessories: Check whether the brick machine pallet and the matching bolts, nuts, gaskets and other accessories are complete, and whether there are any damage, deformation and other problems.
Clean the installation site: Use cleaning tools to clean the dust and debris on the part where the pallet is installed on the brick machine and the surface of the pallet to ensure that the installation surface is flat and smooth.
Prepare installation tools: Prepare necessary installation tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, cranes, etc. according to installation requirements.
Lifting the pallet: Use equipment such as cranes or forklifts to smoothly lift the brick machine pallet to the installation position of the brick machine and slowly descend.
Preliminary alignment: Make the installation holes on the pallet roughly align with the corresponding installation points on the brick machine. Pay attention to the correct direction and position of the pallet to ensure that it cooperates smoothly with the conveying, pressing and other mechanisms of the brick machine.
Insert connectors: Pass bolts and other connectors through the installation holes of the pallet and the corresponding holes on the brick machine, then put on gaskets and nuts, and tighten them preliminarily with tools such as wrenches.
Adjust the position: After all the connectors are initially tightened, check the position of the pallet again for accuracy. If there is any deviation, make fine adjustments to ensure that the pallet is installed horizontally and firmly without interfering with other parts of the brick machine.
Tighten the connectors: Use appropriate tools to tighten all bolts, nuts and other connectors according to the specified torque value to ensure that the pallet is firmly installed.
Precautions for daily use are as follows:
Do not exceed the rated load: Use strictly in accordance with the rated load capacity of the brick machine pallet and do not overload. Overloading may cause deformation and damage to the pallet, and even affect the normal operation of the brick machine and the quality of bricks.
Distribute the load evenly: When placing bricks or raw materials, try to distribute the load evenly on the pallet to avoid excessive local force and local deformation of the pallet.
Avoid rough operation: When loading, unloading and carrying pallets, use appropriate tools and equipment to operate smoothly to avoid collisions, scratches and other damage to the pallet caused by forklifts and other tools.
Operate according to the process: Follow the operating procedures of the brick machine, and ensure that the pallet is placed smoothly and accurately before entering the brick machine; during the operation of the brick machine, the pallet must not be adjusted or shaken at will.
Regular cleaning: After work every day, clean the residual bricks, soil, dust and other debris on the surface of the pallet in time to prevent their accumulation and affect the performance and service life of the pallet.
Check components: Regularly check the structural components of the pallet, such as whether the wood board is cracked or rotten, whether the connector is loose, etc., and repair or replace them in time if any problems are found.
