How to choose the pallet size of QGM brick machine? What factors need to be considered comprehensively

2025-04-02

QGM is known as one of the most professional block machine, block manufacturing machine, block machinery, block manufacturing machinery, brick machine, brick machinery, brick machine, brick machinery manufacturers and suppliers in China. It also produces brick machine supporting equipment such as: brick machine molds, brick machine pallets, brick machine curing kilns and other related products. The following are the factors that need to be considered comprehensively when choosing the pallet size of brick machine

Brick machine models and specifications

Adaptive brick machine size: Different models of brick machines have different workbench sizes, mold sizes, and pallet load requirements. For example, large fully automatic brick machines usually require larger pallets with strong load-bearing capacity to match, while small manual or semi-automatic brick machines can use relatively smaller pallets. According to the instruction manual of the brick machine or consulting the brick machine manufacturer, the pallet size range suitable for the brick machine should be clarified.

Consider the brick machine conveying system: The conveying system of the brick machine determines the transmission method and space limitations of the pallet in the brick machine. If the track spacing of the conveying system is narrow, the width of the pallet cannot be too large, otherwise it will not be able to run smoothly on the track; if the lifting platform size of the conveying system is limited, the size of the pallet also needs to be adapted to ensure that the pallet can move up and down smoothly on the lifting platform.

Brick size and type produced

Brick size: The size of the brick produced is the key factor in determining the size of the pallet. Generally speaking, the size of the pallet should be able to accommodate a certain number of bricks, and ensure that the bricks have enough space on the pallet to avoid squeezing or colliding with each other. For example, to produce standard 240mm×115mm×53mm ordinary clay bricks, you can usually choose a pallet with a size of 1200mm×800mm or 1100mm×700mm, so that the bricks can be arranged reasonably on the pallet and improve production efficiency.

Brick type: Different types of bricks, such as hollow bricks, porous bricks, pavement bricks, etc., have large differences in shape and size, and different requirements for pallet size. Hollow bricks and porous bricks require pallets to provide more uniform support due to the special internal structure. You may need to choose pallets with slightly larger sizes to ensure the stability of the bricks during production and transportation. Pavement bricks are usually more regular in shape and relatively small in size. You can choose pallets of appropriate sizes based on the specific production process and output.
